Westchester Institute Announces Appointment of New Institute Fellows

Hopewell Junction, NY

The Westchester Institute for Ethics and the Human Person announces the appointment of two new Institute Fellows.

Institute Fellows are distinguished in their professional field and cooperate closely with the Westchester Institute. “Institute Fellows bring their unique talents to help advance the mission of the Institute in a very collaborative way,” said Fr. Thomas Berg, Executive Director of the Westchester Institute.

Berg announced the appointment of two new Institute Fellows:


DorindaDorinda C. Bordlee. Dorinda Bordlee is Vice President and Senior Counsel of the Bioethics Defense Fund, and has dedicated her law practice to sanctity of life constitutional issues since 1994. “Dorinda’s passion and dedication to ensuring the sanctity of life and dignity of the person in the midst of today’s bioethics issues is exemplary. We are very fortunate to have her working closely with us,” said Fr. Berg.

 

 

 

Nikolas

Nikolas T. Nikas. Nikolas Nikas is President and General Counsel of the Bioethics Defense Fund. He has directed national legal strategy on the issues of human cloning/embryonic stem cell research, abortion and end-of-life issues since 1992 “Nik has distinguished himself as one of the country’s leading strategists in the field of bioethics litigation, legislation and education. He brings incredible talent and skill to help advance the Institute’s mission, and we are honored to have him collaborating with us as an Institute Fellow,” said Fr. Berg.
